Dear Father in Heaven, 


I am s​orry that I didn’t live in relationship with you, that I did things that hurt your heart and the heart of others.

Please forgive me. 

Please  come and lead me into a new life. Please help me to start again - this time under your reign.

Thank you that Jesus Christ died for my sins instead of me. 

I am now receiving your gift of forgiveness and reconciliation through your son Jesus Christ.
